Women in Automotive & Motorsports

The summit aims to bridge the gap between women and the automotive industry. While women make up more than half of the U.S. population, they remain significantly underrepresented in these fields  — comprising just 24 percent of the automotive workforce and less than one-tenth of one percent of engineers in professional motorsports.
